He has successfully developed around 4,000 professionals, conducted many assessments, and led more than 60 major investigations. Ali Saieed Al-Khuraimi is the former Executive VP of SABIC, Secretary-General of Saudi Council of Engineers, and CEO of Arabian Cements. He holds a BS & MBA Degree from King Fahad University of Petroleum & Minerals. He is a Certified Consultant, Senior Reliability & Leadership Consultant. He has over 22 years of experience as an executive leader. He holds over 35 years of experience in process engineering for operational plants, total quality management, innovative technologies, business problem solving (TRIZ), megaproject management, business development, financial analysis, plant operations, and management, changes management, and organizational effectiveness. He is a member of the advisory committee of KSU & KAU, a member of the national energy efficiency program. He is a highly strategic person and well-versed in all technical aspects of operational plants.

Mosaed Al-Garni is a senior consultant and seasoned leader with 30+ years of industrial experience. He holds a BS and MS degrees in Mechanical Engineering from King Saud University. His notable experience includes performing and overseeing Asset Integrity, RBI, Asset Criticality, RAM studies, On-Stream Inspection programs, organizational effectiveness improvements, executive management of complex projects and maintenance contracts/activities, troubleshooting of operational and design failures and developing effective remedies, developing and coaching human capital, setting up platforms for technical support to business facilities and industrial plants and development of solid strategies that make a huge business impact. He is a highly skilled, talented, and accomplished corporate professional with extensive knowledge of planning, organizing, directing a wide range of activities. He is certified in six sigma green belt (SSGB), Certified Reliability Professional, root cause analysis methods, project management, and information technology infrastructure library (ITIL).

Adam is a Trusted Advisor, Asset Performance Management, Industry 4.0, Solution Architecture, and Digital Transformation leader. He holds a Master's Degree in the field of Science in Mechanical Engineering with Reliability Engineering Emphasis and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Arizona Tucson, Arizona. He is working as a Vice President of ReliaSoft. He is a Certified Reliability Professional in technologies such as RCM, Life Data Analyses, Accelerated Testing, System Modeling and Simulation, Reliability Growth, FMEA, and DOE. And Research and Development manager of the largest Reliability tools and services provider. Ali Al-Beed is a Senior Consultant having more than thirty 33 years of experience in Stationary Equipment Engineering as a technical advisor, group leader, and manager, dealing with RBI, Corrosion and its control, repair of pressure equipment and piping, equipment inspection, coating, and lining selection, turnaround support, failure analysis/investigation, design calculation, and material selection in petrochemical plant produces (Ethylene, Styrene, Chlorine, Ethylene Dichloride, Crude Industrial Ethanol, and Caustic soda, MTBE, HCL, and Brine), having extensive experience and knowledge on plant problems, materials, failures, and repairs. Ali has led, as a General Manager, for more than two years the well-known NDT and Inspection company Saudi K-Chem. He authored and co-authored more than 15 technical papers that were published In international, regional, and local conferences, magazines, and forums such as NACE, Material Performance, and Hydrocarbon processing, ASNT PETROTECH, SABIC Exchange Meetings, and has participated in Steering Teams of various technical conferences.

Dave Thompson is a specialist in Maintenance, Repair, and Operations Supplies (MRO) Spare Parts Management and Inventory Reduction. He has developed a 6-step Spare Parts Improvement Process comprising: Audit, Document, Cleanse, Rationalize, Optimize, Monitor & Take Action. To support the above, David has developed and conducted training courses such as MRO Spare Parts Optimization & Inventory Reduction, MRO Spare Parts Master Data Auditing & Cleansing, Conducting Critical Spares Reviews, and Inventory Management Best Practice Auditing. He has developed tools which includes Materials and Spare Parts Management Best Practice Audit Process, MRO Master Data Auditing Process, and MRO Stock Level Audit to evaluate current inventory control to help analyze, evaluate and optimize the complete process.

Mr. Fawaz Al-Harbi is holding a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from KFUPM. He has a professional career of more than 25 years working in Petrochemical Industry. He started his career in Maintenance, moved into engineering and inspection followed by Reliability and Asset Management, wherein he retired as Reliability Chief Engineer from SAFCO. Mr. Fawaz is exceptional in conducting various Reliability improvement Studies, RCM, ACA, and RCA investigations. He organized and led, a Reliability assessment and enhancement project for 2 years, wherein multifunctional teams study the history of failures and uncover active and hidden failures in more than 10 plants.

He is a Certified Reliability Leader (CRL) and conducted hands-on RCM training for multifunctional teams and delivered various RCM studies. His expertise includes Reliability assessment projects, RCM Facilitation, RCA studies quality review and assessments, Reliability performance enhancement, Leak detection and repair program (LDAR) for syngas systems, and Asset management systems.

Omar Abdulaziz Al-Ghamdi graduated with first honors from Prince Mohammed bin Fahad University as a mechanical engineer. Omar had worked at Farabi Petrochemical Company in Jubail and participated in a major shutdown. He has ensured complete preventive maintenance on a Screw Compressor and Hot Oil Pump. Since joining Reliability Expert Center, Omar was working closely with senior consultants on RCA assessments and investigations. During pandemic 2020, Omar was part of the execution team in delivering a complete reliability program for M’aden Rolling Company. He participated in RAM, RBI, SIS, RCM & RCA training & Studies for all the affiliate areas. He is a certified Machinery Lubrication Technician 1 from the International Council of Machinery Lubrication.

Altaf is am Senior Reliability professional with 20-Years of Reliability Experience in Process Equipment, currently holds the position of Senior Application Engineer in HBM Prenscia. Dr. Eduardo Calixto is holding Bachelor's degree In Industrial engineer, a Master's Degree in Safety Management, and a Doctor in Energy and Environment - Risk management. He is a Certified Reliability Professional Reliability (CRP) since 2006 by Reliasoft, RAM & LCC Certified for the railway industry (IRIS Academy DE) in 2013, Certified Functional Safety Expert (Exida US) in 2016, and Automotive Functional Safety professional (SGS TÜV SAAR DE) in 2018. He has 20 years of experience working in the fields of Asset Management, Reliability, and Safety Engineering for the Oil and Gas, Railways, Mining, and Aerospace Industry in major projects across the globe. Since 2016, Dr. Eduardo Calixto has been working with Enkelt with the solution Integrity PRO SaaS for Asset Management, it's based on ISO 55001 elements, and has developed an asset management solution for the railway industry. Dr. Eduardo Calixto is the author of many best seller books on RAM and Asset performance management

Mr. Hussain Assaf Al-Sharif presently working as Career Development Consultant. He successfully developed many staffs in the field of Effective Supervisor, Positive thinking, Effective Interview, EHSS different aspects (work permit, fire watch Standby man, Fire prevention, HaZOP, PSM & SHEM) new operators development in my 35 years of experience working as operator and lead operator at UDD plant, as Supervisor and superintendent at MTB Plant, Supply chain leader at Planning, Logistics & Economics Department (PL & E) SADAF Company, as Sr. Manager Resource Planning Section & Knowledge Management Center, Projects Support (PS), E&PM SABIC. Led numerous assignments and initiatives. Mr. Hussain Led and participated in several investigations teams using RCA methodology and submitted several abstracts & one of them was accepted and presented at Middle East Mechanical Engineering Conference and Expo in Bahrain in November 2007.

Alberto Rubinato is having 6+ years of working experience with REC/Antea. He holds a Master's degree in chemical engineering from the University of Padova. His responsible includes: Consultancy in management activities and 3D model of Oil & Gas plants, Inspection and maintenance management support, Review of P&IDs and plant documentation, and Software development for industrial risk calculation and inspection planning (RBI compliant to API 580-581 and API 571-570).

David Babolin is having 7+ years of working experience with REC/Antea. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Padova.

His responsibility includes:

• Software development to manage Items in Petrochemical, refinery, Oil or Gas plant.
• Palladio software installations expert, database management expert (Firebird, SQL, Oracle).
• RBI software expert and developer and bug fixing.
• Expert of many IT languages: Delphi, Java, Javascript, HTML, SQL, XML, MatLab, Labview, Pspice, VHDL

Mr. Majed holds a master’s degree in engineering management from the University of Missouri Rolla, U.S.A, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from King Fahad University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUP). Certified Master Trainer OSHA in the University of Texas at Arlington, USA. He has over 39 years of experience in Operation, Maintenance, and Management while working in the world’s largest oil and gas plants in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (SAUDI ARAMCO). He had a lead major investigation, conducted Loss Prevention Compliance Review and Safety Management System workshops for many plants. He has led many “Boot Camp” safety workshops. He also led a multi-million transformation project for Distribution and Terminal Operations.

Abdullah is a certified master trainer and curriculum developer of the training materials for inventory, warehouse, safety, and soft skills. He is a highly experienced supervision and Management Professional with 30+ years of experience working with the SABIC petrochemicals plant as Operation Supervisor, Emergency Team Commander, Inventory Spare Parts Warehouse Supervisor, and Project Team Member in reviewing and complying with the Warehouse Layout Design and Equipment according to international safety standard. At the same time was a Certified Master Trainer for SABIC to prepare and conduct several subjects according to SABIC requirements. He has 25+ years of experience in Risk based inspection, Inspection and engineering with SABIC and SIPCHEM. Dominik is Certified SCADA Security Architect (FBI Cyber background Chart), Certified in Functional Safety, SCADA Security Architect, ISO27001 Lead Auditor, and Prince2 Foundation. He holds a Masters degree in Engineering specialized in Automation Control and Robotics. He is having an exceptional 12+ years of experience dealing with OT/ICT cybersecurity, Security audits and advisory, functional and process safety and PM. He has completed international projects on perform a Layer of Protection Analysis (LOPA) with safety integrity level allocation, improving asset management for safety and control system. He is having an exceptional 14+ years of experience dealing with OT/ICT cybersecurity, functional and process safety, production optimization, and reliability.
