Asset Criticality Optimization
We offer a comprehensive facilitated criticality ranking process to objectively look at asset failure impact on Safety, Environmental Compliance, Product Throughput, Quality, Repair Cost, and Likelihood of Occurrence.
The process enables client personnel to establish a baseline ranking for plant assets to help prioritize repair actions as well as identify high potential opportunities for improved reliability strategies.
At the end of the exercise, the client will have training materials to keep the process current within the client’s organization and a detailed ranking of all assets to be incorporated into the client CMMS.
