Asset Strategy Optimization
We offer a comprehensive facilitated process to help client personnel optimize current maintenance strategies.
The process includes training in underlying principles of reliability engineering and all applicable materials to become self-sufficient for continuous improvement. Strategy optimization will balance the following to achieve the Right Maintenance on the Right Assets at the Right Time:
- Operator Basic Care
- Preventive Maintenance (PM) Tasks
- Predictive Technology (PT) Application
- Scheduled Replacements (Fix When Fail)
- Asset Obsolescence
At the end of the exercise, the client will have training materials to keep the process current within the client’s organization and modified PM tasks and frequencies for incorporation into client CMMS.
