The workshop focus is on learning and implementing tools for maintenance and reliability best practices starting with organization maturity assessment to establish the road map for culture change mechanism and in depth body of knowledge about maintenance and reliability tools and practices with the aim to equip the participant with understanding and a road map of self and performance improvements. The workshop will cover the best practices of all aspects of maintenance and reliability including understanding maintenance, work management, materials and parts management, measurement of reliability and maintainability, operator driven reliability, maintenance optimization, managing performance, work force management, and maintenance analysis and improvement tools.
